These Terms govern your use of MuqPro Shop and purchases of digital services offered through the website. By using MuqPro or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the related policies.
1. MuqPro services
MuqPro offers digital top-ups, game credits, gift-card/data services, and other digital services displayed on the website. Some services may be fulfilled by a third-party provider or platform.
2. Order information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the phone number, email, Player ID/UID, server/zone, and other information you enter. If player-name or another verification is shown, verify it before continuing.
3. Prices and payment
The checkout price is the order price at that time, except in the case of an obvious technical error. Payment may be processed through a supported provider. MuqPro may reject, pause, or review a transaction that appears incorrect, duplicated, or requires a security check.
4. Fulfillment and order status
The order status shows the current stage. Pending/Processing is not a promise that delivery has already completed. Provider maintenance, network problems, or third-party issues may cause delays. MuqPro aims to display accurate status when provider information is received.
5. Digital delivery and cancellation
Because the products are digital, a completed order or credit correctly delivered to details you confirmed usually cannot be reversed. An order that has not started fulfillment may sometimes be cancelled depending on its status. The Refund Policy explains refund situations.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use MuqPro for fraud, chargeback abuse, security attacks, harmful automation, unauthorized use of another person’s data, or unlawful activity. MuqPro may restrict service or an account when reasonably necessary to protect customers and the system.
7. Third-party services
Game names, platforms, payment providers, and other trademarks belong to their respective owners. MuqPro does not claim ownership of third-party brands. Availability and provider rules may change.
8. Responsibility
MuqPro remains responsible for obligations that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Otherwise, MuqPro is not responsible for loss caused by incorrect customer-provided information, third-party outages, or matters outside reasonable control, subject to applicable consumer rights.
9. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when services, laws, or procedures change. The date above identifies the current version.
10. Complaints and applicable law
If you have a complaint, contact Support Center first so the order or payment can be reviewed. These Terms are interpreted under the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Somalia, without limiting any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
